If you’re down about the state of cruising today, let me give you a little inspiration to help you get over the cruise slump hump. Sunsets are one of the most wondrous and beautiful moments to be found in nature. For me, watching a sunset is a form of meditation. It connects me to nature and forces me to focus on and appreciate the beauty of it. Psychology Today wrote an article about How Admiring the Sunset Changes You for the Better. The benefits they list are emotional well-being, increased concern for others, and satisfaction with life. I have to agree, I feel all of that. I find watching sunsets to be very relaxing and have made it a habit to take sunset photos on every cruise.
